“I am aware of the spirits that surround
us throughout our lives. My art is an
attempt to make people stop and listen
to their hearts. Our fascination with the
native cultures of this world I believe lies
in the fact that almost all societies today
have lost the art of healing their souls
and hearts along with the healing of
our bodies’ ailments.”
Anton immigrated to Canada in 1983.
He resides in Kimberley, B.C.
The stories of Samuel de Champlain and
the conflicts of the Hurons, the Iroquois,
the English and the French, inspired
Anton at a very young age to immigrate
and live in Canada.
